There Is No Perfect Score
Before you undertake the necessary steps towards credit repair you need to understand that it is very hard to get a perfect credit score. However, you can be able to secure a score which is good enough since some things are understandable.
Sometimes, you may decide to close an account but forget to do it for some time and during this time, you find that the account has incurred monthly charges. Most people forget all about it until they find it in their credit report.
However, if this is not often and it is some time ago, removing that section might make your report shorter. In return you will still get a low score due to the short duration. It might be better to leave that part untouched and probably get a better score if your other repayments are on time. The credit report is studied in its entirety before you get scored.
